Encouraging continuous professional development
All our trades-people benefit from an actively monitored training programme run in association with CITB, which aims to ensure that our collective skills are regularly updated. We also continually seek to strengthen our management team, through additional training and recruitment.

It’s not just what you know...
Many construction projects, of course, call for specialist skills. On these occasions, our directly employed workforce are supplemented by carefully chosen suppliers and sub-contractors, with many of whom we have also enjoyed long-standing relationships.
